In this session, we will explore the concept of stress - what it is (and what it isn't), where it comes from and how EFT can release it. We'll get curious about how stress is showing up in the 5 domains of your life.
Week 2: Health and Body
In this session, we will look at the life domain of your Health and Body. We will address stress around how your body looks, how it feels, how it functions, and what the future holds for it.
Week 3: Love and Relationships
In this session, we will look at the life domain of Love and Relationships. We will address stress around finding love, keeping love, expressing love, and what happens if you lose it.
Week 4: Purpose, Meaning, Spirit in Life
In this session, we will look at the life domain of Purpose, Meaning, and Spirit of Life. We will address stress around why you're here, what your life means, authentic living, and how you'll be remembered.
Week 5: Wealth and Abundance
In this session, we will look at the life domain of Wealth, Abundance, and Money. We will address stress around both the practical and emotional components including security, freedom, and how money relates to your identity.
Week 6: Work and Vocation
In this session, we will look at the life domain of Work and Vocation. We will address stress around finding and keeping your job, doing well in it, finding meaning in it, and how it reflects on who you are.
Week 7: Moving Forward with Confidence
In this session, you will learn how to use Tapping/EFT on your own and address any stress or questions about the process. We will also address any unconscious resistance to moving forward and reaching your higher potential.
